One-on-One Coaching Sessions

One-on-One Coaching Sessions are offered in packages of 10, 15, and 20 sessions. Sessions in these packages are 50-minutes each and are offered in-person or via video call.

Champion Mindset Academy™

Champion Mindset Academy™ is home to our step-by-step online training programs - Champion Mindset Academy™ for Gymnasts & Champion Mindset Academy™ for Dancers

Bundle Packages

Our bundle packages include both our online training program AND either 5 or 10 one-on-one coaching sessions (30 minutes each) or individualized support via video messaging (for those needing a more flexible option).
